HCS ENGINEERING, INC. is an electrical engineering firm that has provided services to the heart of the Central Valley and all over Northern California for the last 47 years. We have been in business since January 1969, when Hugh Charles Smith “HCS” opened the business in Stockton.
Since our formation, HCS has provided responsible engineering consulting services to industry, institutions, government entities, architects, engineers and many others.
